CSC is actively engaged in developing an oral history of applied superconductivity; so far 31 members of the community have been interviewed by historians of the IEEE History Center. Each month we will highlight one of the oral histories that have been completed and posted by the IEEE History Center.

Michael Green has been honored for his significant contributions to superconducting magnet and cryogenic systems technology. He has worked at the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory, Kernforschungszentrum Karlsrue, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, and Oxford University.
