Every 2 months we will highlight one of the oral histories that have been completed and posted by the IEEE History Center. Moises Levy's research, chiefly at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, focused on the intersection of ultrasonics and superconductivity. He also played a central role in the development and evolution of the IEEE Council on Superconductivity.
