Victor Rodriguez-Toro received his BS degree in Electronics Engineering at Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia. After an exchange program as an Erasmus Mundus scholar at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Munich, Germany, he received his MS degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Valle. Awarded with a Fulbright Fellowship, he obtained his MS and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from the Georgia Institute of Technology (GT) in Atlanta, GA. During his graduate studies, Dr. Rodriguez-Toro was recognized by the School of ECE as an Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant and given the ECE Faculty Award. Dr. Rodriguez-Toro had industry experiences at Micron Technology (Intern in Product Quality and Reliability) and at IBM (Hardware Developer). Dr. Rodriguez-Toro has been an instructor/mentor in STEAM initiatives in Colombia and the US.
