Class of 2025 Graduate Study Fellowship Awardees
Congratulations to the 2025 IEEE CSC Graduate Study Fellowship in Applied Superconductivity Awardees!
The winners presented at MT29 for the Graduate Study Fellowship Award include Qi Wang (Jintao Hu is pictured on behalf of Qi in the photo above), Gianluca Vernassa, and Lorenzo Balconi. Alexander Polasek, GSF Awards Chair and Luisa Chiesa, CSC President are on the sides of the photo. The remaining three winners will be presented at EUCAS in Porto, Portugal.
The fellowship is awarded annually to a full-time graduate student pursuing a PhD (or equivalent) degree in the area of applied superconductivity, at an accredited college or university of recognized standing worldwide. The intention of the award is to encourage students to enter and contribute to the field of applied superconductivity.
Each IEEE CSC Graduate Study Fellowship in Applied Superconductivity will consist of an honorarium of US $5,000 and a suitably inscribed certificate.
