IMPORTANT UPDATE

In the light of the ongoing COVID19 pandemic,  we now keep our hopes with vaccines to get back to normal in 2021, while we recognize that the pandemic would affect international travels and more importantly the health of our delegates and the communities we live in. Therefore, in the given dates of postpone,  between October 22-28, 2021, we aim at a fully on-site (in-person) meeting; though only a small number of presentations could possibly be accepted as online for those eminent scientists facing a travel challenge.
