IEEE CSC Young Professional Virtual T-Shirt Design Competition

The winning design will be made into a t-shirt and distributed to all Young Professionals at ASC 2024.

The 2024 ASC Conference to be held 1-6 September 2024 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The theme of the t-shirt design competition aligns with ASC 2024 - "Superconducting Solutions for a Sustainable World".
Your Task: Design a graphic for a t-shirt that illustrates "Superconducting Solutions for a Sustainable World".

Students and Young Professionals in the superconductivity community.
Non IEEE Young Professionals within the superconductivity community are encouraged to apply.

Each entry must be smaller than 15MB in size.
The base of the design should be transparent. You may use UP TO FIVE additional colors for graphics/text. Please use FIVE OR FEWER colors.
Please ONLY use the BACK of the shirt for your design.
The following slogan must appear somewhere on the shirt – "Superconducting Solutions for a Sustainable World"
The preferred submission format is EPS vector with outlines. Submissions with also be accepted by PDF or SVG. Any other file format will not be accepted. By entering, contestants warrant that each submission is their own original creation and that no entry infringes on another contestant or person’s rights.

IEEE CSC has exclusive rights to reproduce and use the winning design.
Entries become the property of IEEE CSC and none will be returned or acknowledged except as provided herein.
The winning design will be used exclusively for the design of the IEEE CSC Young Professionals t-shirt and honored on the CSC website.

All entries will be judged by a panel of judges comprised of CSC Administrative Committee Members based on: a.) Creativity (25%), b.) Relevance to the Theme (25%), c.) Practicality (25%), and d.) Visual Appeal (25%).
The winners of the competition will be announced on Thursday, 30 May 2024.

The deadline to submit is Tuesday, 30 April 2024 by 11:59 PM EST. Late entries will not be accepted.
