IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering (TQE) is soliciting papers on classical control electronics for quantum systems. This call is specifically relevant to the Council on Superconductivity community because it includes Josephson Junction-based electronics for control of any type of qubit. See the Call for Papers a full list of covered topics.

TQE is a Gold Open Access journal and the publishing fee (Author Processing Charge, or APC) is waived for submissions received in response to this Call for Papers any time before its expiration on 30 September 2020.

The Council on Superconductivity was the initial founder of Transactions on Quantum Engineering, which was launched in January 2020. Overall, TQE covers topics in the physical design of both the classical and quantum components of a quantum information system as well as applications and software for those systems, including design tools. Quantum information systems include quantum computers, sensors, communications systems, and metrology.
